Basic information
1. Send the product after completing the return form using the form on the button here,

Enter your bank account form and as soon as we receive your product, we will refund the amount to your bank account.
3. The amount corresponding to your claim will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment at our claims processing center.
4. If you have placed several separate orders and wish to make a complaint for each individual order, please fill out a separate form for each order. Complaints for each single order are reviewed separately.
5. Attention! It is important to return the product in its original packaging and with its attached labels and accessories. The products must be in an undamaged commercial condition and without traces of use. We reserve the right to not honor your claim request if any of the above conditions are not met.
Important information regarding complaints
Every customer has the right to return a product from the catalog within 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason (Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act), except in the cases described in para. 2 of Art. 55.
We accept back only products for which a return request has been made in advance using the form on the page and are in good commercial condition, have not been used, exploited, and can be accepted as new goods.
Pursuant to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or a person authorized by him no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In the event of a problem with the quality of the product, we will replace the product, make a discount on the price or refund the amount paid, with the costs for courier and/or transfer of the amount being at our expense (Art. 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).
SPORTISIMO OOD will refund the amount paid for the product(s) within 14 days (Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act), after making sure that the product is in a saleable condition, to the customer's bank account.
