Dynamic physical activities such as skiing require garment lines that follow the body’s movements and provide maximum freedom. III-D TAILOR – DIEL’s innovative clothing construction system – is an improved method of fabric cutting that takes into account human anatomy.Based on studies of specific positions and ski sport movements, 3D tailoring “captures” the full body shape by dividing the garment into about 20 separate parts such as shoulder, armpit, elbow, knee, etc. Garment performance and efficiency are significantly enhanced with special attention to each of these critical areas. As a result, tension when dressing and wearing the garment disappears. Even during the most intense skiing, the equipment feels like a second skin.
Through III-D Tailor technology, DIEL creates original designs with an elegant silhouette that allow energetic movements without any restriction or tension.

Precise cutting, regardless of shape and size
No frayed edges or loose threads
Laser is the best technology for cutting fabrics as it helps overcome practical challenges such as complex shapes, fraying edges, and cut accuracy regardless of size and repeatability. The resulting cut has a “sealed” edge without loose threads.
DIEL uses high-intensity laser light focused on the cutting area, creating local heating and bonding the selected zones.

Care
Close all zippers and Velcro fasteners.
Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Hand wash or machine wash at a water temperature of 30°C.
Use neutral detergents and rinse thoroughly.
Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
We recommend ironing at a temperature not exceeding 100°C. Please use a piece of cloth between the iron and the garment.
Do not dry clean.
Do not wring the garment.
Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
Remove any attached leather accessories before washing.
