Storage of Your Data

To facilitate the ordering and purchasing process, as well as the subsequent fulfillment of the contract with you, we store your IP address, full name, address, email address, and payment method details, such as your credit card number.

The data you provide is necessary for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations toward you. We do not share this data with third parties, except for:

  • The payment service provider (bank, PayPal, ePay)
  • The courier company delivering your purchase
  • Our accountant
  • CloudCart Ltd., our data processor under GDPR, with whom we have a data processing agreement.

For incomplete orders, we retain the entered data for 30 days and may inform you periodically about the order status and your options. For completed orders and fulfilled contracts, in accordance with Articles 6(1)(a) and (b) of GDPR, we store all related data for the 10-year period required under Article 12 of the Accounting Act (Bulgaria).
